WHO WE ARE
The Foundation Hub, Inc. is a community-rooted nonprofit in Atlanta, Georgia, created to empower women, youth, veterans, and justice-involved individuals with the tools, resources, and support they need to rebuild their lives and achieve long-term stability.
We serve as a central resource hub—connecting families and individuals to education, workforce training, entrepreneurship pathways, housing support, and essential social services.
Through our four core initiatives—ReBuildTomorrow (youth), ReBuildHer (women), ReBuildValor (veterans), and ReBuildRenew (justice-involved individuals)—we bridge the gaps that keep people from moving forward. Whether it’s helping a single mother find childcare assistance, guiding a young adult through career exploration, supporting a displaced veteran with housing stability, or mentoring someone transitioning back into the community, The Foundation Hub is committed to meeting people where they are.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Founded by O Smith, The Foundation Hub was created from a deep passion for rebuilding lives and opening doors for those often overlooked. As a woman in the construction trades and housing industry, O has witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when navigating housing instability, limited resources, and lack of support systems. Her desire to serve, uplift, and empower inspired her to build an organization focused on creating real opportunities for women, youth, veterans, and justice-involved individuals.
O’s journey—from overcoming obstacles to becoming a community leader, business owner, and advocate—shapes every program within The Foundation Hub. She believes that everyone deserves a second chance, a stable foundation, and a pathway toward a better future. Her vision is to build a safe, structured, and compassionate space where individuals can access resources, learn new skills, and rise into their fullest potential.
